I really love that wig ;A;
The Timmy is very (VERY) cute, I like how she portrays him very much, and her wig was done quite well. (ps her faacceeeee--its all "GO BE LOVIE ELSE WHERE D<" XDD )
Now, I think you manged to capture Cosmo's personaily, I can tell by how you're smiling. Very goofy ^^
But, if I may, I feel your wig could use some work :/ Also, I think a lighter shade would have worked better. Other then that, very well done ^^}
