Knitting was an interesting craft. I made more scarfs for my friends and family than I'd like to admit. They weren't all the best pieces as I was still learning but my yarn collection slowly grew and I was having a lot of fun (which is all that really matters).
Then I wrote a novel (which is currently in it's second draft) so that kept me a little busy and knitting took a bit of a back seat. Soon after I was done with said novel, I found myself interested in crochet. It was a slow learning process which had me mostly making granny squares.
I have already made a full sized Harry Potter themed afgan (okay I still have a little bit of work left, but let's pretend it's done
I haven't updated DevArt since I started these little projects. But I just completed a 10 piece set for a friend of mine which I will be posting shortly. She plans on turning them into little Lolita styled headbands and hats. These pieces will be for sale at Anime Fest in Dallas September 2nd-5th. So if you like what you see and are going to be at Anime Fest, keep an eye out here and I'll post information about her booth and where it will be.
I may even do a few extra pieces that she will sell exclusively at her table. If you would like to request and commissions, feel free to shoot me a message as I am open to doing various product work. I'll also be opening up an etsy store within the next few months
That's all for now! I have a lot of exciting things coming soon.
